DMCA Policy for Fuji Apple Chicken Salad
Fuji Apple Chicken Salad respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Fuji Apple Chicken Salad's service, please provide the following information in writing to our designated Copyright Agent:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Fuji Apple Chicken Salad may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the original complainant does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on Fuji Apple Chicken Salad's system within 10-14 business days, we may, in our sole discretion, replace or restore access to the removed material.
